Common questions
- I can't sign in. Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with. Use the "forgot password" or "magic link" option on the sign-in screen if you can't remember your password.
- I'm not receiving notifications. Check Settings → Notifications inside the app, and make sure notifications are allowed for Ashtangi in your device settings.
- I want to delete my account. In the app, open Settings → Delete account to send us a verified request with your account details. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days. You can also email us from your registered address. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- I found a bug. Email us with the steps that triggered it and (if you can) the device and OS version you're using.
